uma's organic pasta is from Italy, because Italian pasta is the best in the world. It's produced using a slow drying process that uses 100% renewable energy. The farmers we use grow ancient grains, which makes them specialists and experts in all kinds of wheat, including durum wheat. Our pasta is made using traditional methods by a co-operative bringing together over 300 member farms.
