This white loaf is made with the same dough as our Cloudy White but this time we bake it on the hearth of the oven, not in a tin, for a more rustic look and a bit more crust. The resulting bread has a similar lovely light white crumb perfect for sandwiched and general scoffing.
Ingredients: organic white FLOUR, water, sourdough culture made with organic white FLOUR, sea salt, yeast.
