Wholewheat Sourdough (Small)

The loaf for sourdough lovers – this is deep and wheaty with a distinctive sourdough tang. We use a wholewheat sourdough culture to bring out the natural flavour of the stoneground wheat grains and prove it overnight in baskets.

Ingredients: organic white WHEAT FLOUR, sourdough culture made with organic wholewheat FLOUR, organic WHOLWHEAT FLOUR, sea salt.
