Soft, light and white tin loaf with no added fat or sugar, and a little sourdough culture for extra flavour. We have a very devoted following for this one, its convenient for sandwiches and for freezing and taking out slice by slice but most importantly it makes the most delicious crumpet toast. Bread in its purest form!
Freezes very well.
